Valentine's Day Menu

Valentine's Day Price - £38.00 per person

Starters
Celeriac and seasonal wild mushroom soup.
Seared salmon, apple and radish salad, mustard mayonnaise.
Smooth chicken and duck liver pate, dried fruit chutney and toasted sour dough bread.
Naturally smoked haddock risotto glazed with Welsh rarebit.

Main Course
Slow cooked red wine beef with carrots and creamy mashed potatoes.
Roasted free range pork cutlet with smoked bacon Savoy cabbage and apple pork gravy.
Butternut squash, caramelised onion and Ticklemore goat’s cheese pie.
Glazed duck breast with creamed parsnips and duck leg hash, roast duck gravy.
Pan fried lemon sole with a brown shrimp and herb butter, champ potatoes.

Pudding
Dark chocolate tart with pistachio nuts, winter fruit sorbet and warm chocolate sauce.
Selection of three English cheeses, served with water biscuits and celery.
Warm spiced poached pear with a caramel chocolate mousse.
Vanilla cheesecake with a rhubarb and ginger crumble
