Cookery School

In the summer of 2011, Nick Bonner, Adam Gray and fellow director Wendy Carter opened The Shires Cookery School in the grounds of The Red Lion - situated in the beautiful village of East Haddon, Northamptonshire.
 
The Shires Cookery School offers an extensive range of specialist courses designed to improve the basic culinary skills of the novice cook or alternatively for those who are already skilled but are looking for inspiration to expand their knowledge of new techniques and ingredients.
 
The Shires Cookery School also offers day and evening classes, gourmet weekends and a range of demonstration classes for those who simply wish to watch the expert chef tutors at work.
