Adam gray
Nick Bonner and Adam Gray became co-owners of The Red Lion in 2010, since when their partnership has gone from strength to strength at the pub. In the summer of 2011, with fellow director Wendy Carter, they opened the Shires Cookery School within a grade three listed barn conversion in the grounds of The Red Lion.
The Red Lion has very proudly been included in the 2012 Good Food Guide and most recently it has been awarded a Bib Gourmand in the 2012 UK Michelin Restaurant Guide, which is a first for the county of Northamptonshire.
